If you can, we ask that you shop alone as although social distancing measures are no longer in place, we want to keep both our staff and customers safe. Please only bring one other person with you if you need assistance.

We have already implemented additional cleaning measures in our stores and this will continue on a daily basis. We will ensure all photographic equipment is cleaned before and after it is handled.

Hand Sanitiser will be stationed at the entrance to the store. We ask all customers to use the hand sanitiser upon entry into our stores.

Face Coverings:

From Thursday 27th January, face coverings will no longer be mandatory in public places but in order to continue to help keep our staff safe, we would kindly ask that you wear a face covering when you visit the store unless medically exempt.

Pay Points:

Protective screens at pay points have now been removed and contactless or card payments are encouraged.

Passport Photographs:

No appointment required but at this time we are unable to offer this service in our Swindon store to anyone under 16 years of age.

Part Exchange Services:

Should you wish to use our Part Exchange service, please telephone us prior to visiting the store, as we may need to operate these services on an appointment basis depending upon the equipment.

Click and Collect:

We are now able to offer a contactless click and collect service from both our Swindon and Witney store.

Please do not travel to the store until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
