Here at T4 Cameras our comprehensive repair service is second to none. With access to highly trained and qualified technicians, we offer a friendly, personal service and we aim to return your camera to you as good as new and as quickly as possible.

The technicians we use have a vast experience in all aspects of photographic technology ranging from classic cameras to modern day digital SLR's. All work we carry out is covered by our guarantee, which is usually a 6 month period.

Should you have a camera or lens which needs attention, please feel free to drop the item into any of our stores whereby we can advise you further as to likely turnaround times and costs

In most instances, we do advise that in the first instance, the item requiring repair is sent to our technicians for an estimate. There is a charge for this service (£30.00) to cover postage and packaging and administration.
Please note that this charge is non refundable should the estimate be declined.

SENSOR CLEANING SERVICE

All of our stores offer a 48 hour In-house sensor cleaning service. Prices for sensor cleaning start from £45.00. Should you require your camera's sensor cleaned within a shorter time, please contact the individual branch for prices and turn around times - swindon@t4cameras.co.uk or witney@t4cameras.co.uk

48hr Full Frame Sensor Clean - £70.00 / Same day service - £99.00

48hr Crop Sensor Clean - £45.00 / Same day service - £60.00

FIRMWARE UPDATE SERVICE

We are able to update the firmware on most DSLR and Mirrorless camera bodies. We charge £40.00 per camera for this service and would require the equipment for up to 24 hours. Please ensure the battery is fully charged before bringing the camera in.
